Vehicles on the Street

Vehicles parked in the same spot for an extended amount of time, have cobwebs, are dirty, dismantled or wrecked, and/or have expired registration are considered abandoned. If there is a vehicle like this in your neighborhood please report it to Code Enforcement at (209) 664-7348 or complete an online report form.

Vehicles on Private Property

Vehicles parked on private property, visible from the public right-of-way, and appear dismantled, on jack stands, have flat tires, are wrecked, excessively dirty or have cobwebs are considered inoperative. If there is a vehicle like this in your neighborhood please report it to Code Enforcement at (209) 664-7348 or complete an online report form.
